Terms of Service & End-User License Agreement

These Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and teamhud (“teamhud,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of the TeamHUD desktop application and related services (the “Service”). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use TeamHUD on devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business use. This license does not transfer any ownership of the software to you.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and not to permit others to:

• copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• remove or alter any proprietary notices; or
• use the Service in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.

3. Your account and content

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Third-party services

TeamHUD can connect to third-party services (such as your workspace chat) at your direction. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

5. Updates

We may update the Service from time to time, including automatic updates to improve security and functionality. We may also update these Terms; if we make material changes, we will ask you to review and accept the updated Terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, teamhud will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
