Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes what you may and may not do with TeamHUD. It is part of our Terms of Service. Using TeamHUD means agreeing to use it responsibly and lawfully.
1. Use it lawfully and respectfully
Use TeamHUD in a way that respects other people and the law. Don’t use it to harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against others.
2. Don’t misuse the Service
- Don’t attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
- Don’t interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or other users.
- Don’t probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission.
- Don’t use the Service to distribute malware or to send spam or unsolicited messages.
3. Respect others’ rights
Don’t upload, share, or transmit content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy, or that you don’t have the right to share.
4. Voice, screen-share, and recording
TeamHUD includes presence, voice, and screen-sharing features. Use them only with the awareness and consent of the people involved, and in compliance with the laws and workplace policies that apply to you. Don’t capture or share others’ screens, audio, or activity without appropriate consent.
5. Integrations
When you connect third-party services, use them within their terms and only with data you’re authorized to access.
6. Enforcement
If you violate this policy, we may suspend or terminate your access, and we may remove content or take other action as needed to protect the Service and its users.
