TeamHUD is operated by GeekOffice LLC (“GeekOffice,” “we,” “us”), which acts as custodian of the data you provide through the Service. This policy covers both the TeamHUD application and the teamhud.app website.

Your data is yours. We use it for nothing more than making TeamHUD work for you and troubleshooting problems when they come up. We act as good custodians of your data and take reasonable measures to protect it. We don’t sell it, and we don’t use it for anything you wouldn’t expect.

1. What we collect

We aim to collect as little as possible — only what’s needed to run the Service and support you:

• Account information — such as your name and email, so you can sign in and use TeamHUD with your team.
• Content you create or connect — such as messages, teams, and integrations you set up. This stays yours.
• Diagnostic and log data — technical information about how the app is running, used to find and fix problems. While TeamHUD is in beta, we may collect additional diagnostic and usage data to help us stabilize and improve the product.
• Website sign-up — if you request alpha/beta access on our website, we collect the email address you provide so we can send you an invite.

2. How we use it

We use your data only to:

• provide and operate the features you use;
• troubleshoot, debug, and improve the reliability of the Service; and
• keep the Service and your account secure.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

3. You own your data

The content and data you provide remain yours. You can request a copy or ask us to delete your data, subject to legal and operational limits. We hold your data as custodians on your behalf, not as owners of it.

4. How we protect it

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse — including access controls and encryption where appropriate. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat protecting your data as a core responsibility.

5. Sharing

We share data only as needed to run the Service — for example, with infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. When you connect a third-party service (such as your workspace chat), data flows to and from that service at your direction and under its own terms.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

7. Your choices

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data by contacting us. You can also disconnect integrations at any time from within TeamHUD.

8. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we’ll ask you to review and accept the updated version in the app.
